User Agreement

Who I am. This website and the Private Matchmaking service are run by me, Jenia Arzhanovich, from Milan, Italy. By using this website, submitting a form or buying a service, you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, please do not use the site.

Who can apply. My services are only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, and legally free to enter a relationship. Please apply only if you are genuinely looking for one. I review every application personally and may decline any application or end any participation at my discretion, without having to give a reason.

What you tell me. Matchmaking only works with honest information. You agree that what you submit is true and current, and that you will tell me if something important changes, such as your relationship status. The photos you send must be recent, must show you, and must be yours to share. If I find that information is false or misleading, I may remove you from my network and end our work together.

Sharing your profile. Your profile, photos and other details are shared with a potential match only with your approval. Your profile is not published on this website. You can ask me to stop considering you at any time by writing to me.

The free network. Joining my network is free. It does not make you a client and does not entitle you to introductions. I contact you only if I believe there is a fitting introduction, and that may never happen.

Clients and paid services. Client packages are agreed with me personally. The scope, price and length of your package are set out in what we agree in writing before you pay, and those terms apply alongside this agreement. Consultations, coaching, events and digital products are sold at the price shown at the time of purchase. Payments are handled by a secure third-party provider, and I do not see or store your full card details.

Cancelling a purchase. If you buy as a consumer, the law may give you the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. That right can be lost once a service has been fully provided at your request, or once you begin downloading digital content after agreeing to lose it. Nothing in this agreement takes away a right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. To cancel, write to me at the address below. The amount paid upfront for a Relationship Consultation is not refunded if you cancel or do not attend, unless I agree otherwise or the law requires it.

No guarantee of a relationship. I offer a personal search, considered introductions and honest guidance. I cannot promise that you will meet a partner, that any introduction will lead to a date, or that any relationship will last. Coaching and consultations are personal guidance, and are not medical, psychological or legal advice.

Meeting people. I screen candidates with care, but I cannot verify everything anyone tells me, and I do not guarantee anyone's identity, character or conduct. You decide whether to meet someone, and you are responsible for your own safety when you do. Please meet in public places at first, and tell me promptly if anyone behaves in a way that concerns you.

Discretion and conduct. The people I introduce you to trust me with their privacy, and I ask you to respect it too. Please do not copy, share or publish anything you learn about another person through my service, including their name, photos or messages. Treat everyone you meet with courtesy and respect. Harassment, deception or any unlawful behaviour will end your participation immediately, with no refund where the law allows.

Your account and this website. If you create an account, please keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account unless it was not your fault. You must not misuse the site, attempt to access other people's information, or collect data from it by automated means. The text, photos and design on this site belong to me or are used with permission, and may not be copied without my written consent.

Responsibility. I provide my services with care and skill, but I am not responsible for the actions of other people, or for losses I could not reasonably have foreseen or prevented. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or serious negligence.

Changes. I may update this agreement from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and it applies from the date shown below. Anything already agreed with you in writing stays in place unless we both agree otherwise.

Law and disputes. This agreement is governed by Italian law. If something goes wrong, please write to me first, as most problems can be solved directly. Any dispute that remains goes to the courts of Milan, unless you are a consumer and the law gives you the right to bring it where you live.
