Privacy Policy

Who is responsible. Your personal information is handled by me, Jenia Arzhanovich, Milan, Italy. A successful relationship is a private matter, and I treat your information with the same care.

What I collect. When you contact me, apply or book, I collect what you give me. That can include your name, date of birth, gender, city, country, nationality, languages, email, phone or WhatsApp number, Instagram handle, occupation, education, lifestyle, family situation, photos, and what you tell me about yourself and what you are looking for in a partner. If you buy a service, I also keep a record of the purchase. I do not see or store your full card details.

Sensitive details. The application for my network asks about matters such as religion, income and relationship history. Religion and income are optional. Some of these are specially protected by law. You choose what you share, and I process these details only with your explicit consent, which you give through the checkboxes on the form. The date and time of your consent are saved with your application.

Your photos. Photos are kept in private storage and are never published on this website. I use them to consider you for introductions, and they are shown to a potential match only after you have approved the introduction. I receive them by email, as attachments or private links.

Why I use your information. I use it to review your application, look for suitable introductions, contact you, provide the services you request, and meet my legal and accounting obligations. I rely on your consent, on what is needed to provide a service you asked for, and on legal requirements, depending on the situation.

Who sees it. Your profile is shared with a potential match only with your approval. I do not sell your information. I use trusted providers to run this service: Supabase for secure storage on servers in the European Union, Vercel to host the website, Resend to send email, Cal.com for bookings, Stripe for payments and Cloudflare for spam protection. Some of them may process information outside the European Union, with the safeguards the law requires. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long I keep it. I keep your information while your application or our work together is active, and for as long as the law requires for accounting records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

Your rights. You can ask at any time to see, correct, export or delete your information, object to or limit how it is used, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before. You also have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Deleting your data. To ask for your information and photos to be deleted, or for anything else about your privacy, write to me at concierge@matchmakingprivate.it.
